Uniglobe Carefree Travel, Western Canada's premier travel agency, is growing and we're looking for a friendly, enthusiastic Leisure Travel Specialist to join our in-person team in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan.

What You'll Be Doing

• Helping clients plan dream vacations, cruises, tours, and customized travel experiences
• Selling Travel Insurance, certification required.
• Providing exceptional customer service in person, by phone, and via email
• Building lasting relationships with clients
• Creating travel itineraries and making reservations
• Staying current on destinations, travel trends, and supplier promotions
• Working collaboratively with a supportive and experienced team

What We're Looking For

• Previous travel agency experience is preferred
• A Travel and Tourism diploma or certificate is an asset (we will include the cost of a certified travel program if you are selected and don’t currently have a Travel Diploma or relevant experience)
• Strong customer service and sales skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Experience with a GDS system (Sabre) is an asset
• A passion for travel and helping people

Location

This is a full-time, permanent position based in our Saskatoon, SK office. 

Preferred Experience

• Travel agency experience: 1+ years
• GDS system experience: 1+ years
• Prior Sales experience
• Prior Customer Service Experience
• Prior Personal travel experience

Salary: $40,000 - $50,000 per year (plus incentives and benefits)
