This is site is owned and managed by Uniglobe Travel International LP. The job postings on this site as consolidated from our company and those that we may own or control, along with other companies that are members of our travel agency network, which we do not own and control. Management personnel from those companies have access to create the job postings and to view the applications submitted on this site. As detailed below, all personnel that access the applications have agreed to a confidentiality statement. Additionally, we take various steps to protect and restrict access to the data submitted via this site.

  • Other personal details as you may choose to include on your resume.

We collect relevant personal information when you submit a job application on this site, for consideration for an employment opportunity at a Uniglobe entity or affiliated member office. Your submission of your personal data on this site is considered consent to our use of your data, as outlined in this policy.

The information is used by management personnel in the consideration of your application and for contact and communication related to your application.

The personal data provided by you will only be used for the aforementioned purposes and will only be shared with the persons within our organization necessary to the hiring process. All personnel who have access to this data will have agreed to a confidentiality statement.

How do we protect your personal data?

All data submitted on this site is stored securely, in a database with restricted access. All resumes are encrypted and only viewable on a permission-basis. None of this data is transmitted to third parties without your explicit prior consent.

How long do we store your personal data?

By default, if you are not selected for the job opening for which you are applying, your data will be purged from our system within 30 days of the role being filled. When you submit your application, you have the option to have your information kept on file with us for 2 years. If you select that option, your data will be purged 2 years after it is submitted.

If you have selected the 2 year option but wish to have your data removed prior to that, please email your request to careers@uniglobe.com.

Your Rights

You can exercise your rights as a data subject under various data protection laws by contacting us at careers@uniglobe.com. This includes:

  • Your right to know which data we store about you;
  • Your right to have your data erased;
  • Your right to correct any data or restrict the use of the data collected;
Given that all data we store originated from your submission, others rights as you may have under data protection laws (such as the right to data portability) will be covered under our actions for the above referenced rights.

We have taken measures to limit the loss of personal data, a data leak, to an absolute minimum. If, despite all the measures taken, a data leak occurs in which your personal data is lost and serious damage to your privacy is to be expected, we will inform you immediately.
